Miracle March

What is Miracle March? 

Based on the bestselling inspirational book, you could say the miracle morning describes a set of practices that we can follow in the morning.  The author has studied the habits of successful people to find out what a good morning routine looks like, you know - the routine that really gets us set up for the day.  BUT... this isn't just a personal development or self help book.  It's not a leadership hack.  These practices go so much deeper than we can imagine when we start our gentle journey of discovery.

At Just Breathe we've bundled up the book with a unique experience of self exploration with like minded people.

What's included:

  • Each Monday, we'll meet at 8pm for an hour, to discuss a section of the book and your experience so far. (6 sessions)
  • I'll talk through the next topic and explain your task for the week. To work around Easter, the last session will be on Tuesday 2nd April at 8pm.
  • Self discovery exercises to explore your authentic self. (5 topics)
  • Each morning, starting Tuesday 27th February, you'll come to understand the benefits of meditation as we meet at 6am for our 15 minute session. (23 sessions)
  • Voice recordings available so you can catch up if you miss a session.
  • Small group size for a more personal experience. (Limited to 10 people)
  • Private WhatsApp group.
  • Personal copy of the Miracle Morning and your journal delivered to your door.
