Mulled wine, mince pies and mindfulness

Thursday 28th Novemnber

Thursday 28th November,  Leasowe Castle

I love the aroma of mulled wine, it encapsulates the beauty of those rich Autumn colours.    As nature begins to settle in to it's hibernation and slowing down, so can we.

Join us for the first time for this restorative mindfulness taster in the historic surroundings of the Leasowe Castle.  We'll meet over mulled wine and mince pies before retreating to the Turret suite for some restorative mindfulness.

A chance to switch off and nurture your soul why you listen to the gentle guided practice of our professionally trained host, Julie Perrigo from Just Breathe solutions.  If you enjoy the experience and want to find out more, there's also an opportunity to buy discounted tickets to future events or maybe create the perfect Christmas gift for that special friend.

Whatever you decide, your soul will thank you for making this time for yourself.

What to Expect...

Mind21 Stress Course Presenter

We'll have a dedicated area in the gorgeous Leasowe Castle.  You'll be met with the gorgeous aroma of mulled wine, yours to enjoy with a mince pie before we retreat to our dedicated relaxation area.  Due to the numbers we're not equipping this room as we normally would, so feel free to bring along your own mats, blankets and snuggly socks if you want to experience the practices lying down.

After the practices there'll be an opportunity to discuss your experience if that feels right for you.  Described as a spa for the body and mind this experience will leave you feeling rested and relaxed.

Meet your guide

Mindfulness has changed my life in so many ways.  It's helped me to work with stress, deal with narcissism and to live each day in colour.

What I love about this course is the information it provides around how our mind and body works.  These little insights really encourage us to take a step back and reflect on our inner world.

The language of the guidance also delivers a sense of safety and curiousity.

I work better with small groups and believe this creates space to talk and learn from each other without the awkwardness that might arise in larger gatherings.
